Stacks Map 
The stacks are organized in alphabetical call number order. The General Stacks begin with A in 3A North and continue on to 3A Center and 3A South before picking up again in 3 North and so on. Periodicals are housed in two rooms on the first floor of the stacks. Note that periodicals are separated from the rest of the stacks, and shelved in the Periodical Stacks, 1 North to 1 South. For example, a book with the call number LB 1047.3.U75 would be located in section 2 Center (General Stacks), but a journal with this call number would be found in 1 Center (Periodicals Stacks). If you can't find an item, please see a reference librarian at the Information desk on the first floor. Please note that the stacks usually close a half hour before the Circulation desk.
