Course Reserve holds high-demand print and audio-visual items that instructors request be made available for student use. Material(s) on Course Reserve may not be renewed to allow equal access to the material by all students.
Electronic Reserve holds items made available by individual faculty members in an electronic format. Electronic reserves are available through Blackboard (http://blackboard.cua.edu) only to current CUA faculty, staff, or students in good standing. Please contact the course instructor for the required username and password.
Library materials, including Course Reserves, may only be used in compliance with United States copyright law. Please see the CUA Libraries' page of policies and guidelines on copyright for more information about your rights and responsibilities, including Instructions for Placing Items on Reserve.

Undergraduate, Graduate, and Non-Degree students; Faculty; Faculty Associates; and Staff.

WRLC, Courtesy, Special, and Washington Theological Consortium borrowers.
Reserve Loan Periods and Fine Policies
Loan Overdue Fine
2 hour $0.60 per hour
overnight * $0.60 per hour
3 day $1.00 per day
7 day $1.00 per day
$25.00 maximum on all fines--No Grace Period
* Overnight loans are due back the following day before the library closes.

Returning Course Reserve Material
When finished with a Course Reserve item, return it to a staff member at the Circulation desk. Do not place Course Reserve items in the book drops or leave them at the Circulation desk unattended.
