What is DS@CUA?

DS@CUA is an institutional repository of digital scholarly and research products of the CUA academic community. It is an open access service that collects, organizes, preserves, and provides free, open, and long-term access to CUA scholarship. It is designed to increase the visibility and impact of faculty, and intended to showcase the rich intellectual output of CUA.

 

What are benefits to contribute to DS@CUA?

There are many benefits to contribute your works to DS@CUA:

  • Materials are freely available for the long term
  • Open access means repository materials are open to search engine indexing
  • DS@CUA is part of national networks, e.g. Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD), and Directory of Open Access Repositories (DOAR)
  • Authors can specify copyright preference through creative commons
  • Authors can choose an embargo period if necessary
  • Access reports indicate author impact

 

Who and How to submit to DS@CUA?

CUA faculty are welcome to submit their works to DS@CUA. Please contact CUA Scholarly Communication Project Team to create your own account in DS@CUA.

 

What kinds of documents can be submitted to DS@CUA?

Any scholarly outputs (e.g. preprints, data sets, conference presentations, etc.) that you hold the copyright can be submitted to DS@CUA.
