Hold/Recall Request Form

• This form is for items that are currently checked out. Before placing request, please make certain that the item is not available through CUA or any other consortium libraries.
• Hold/Recall requests for CUA items is limited to current CUA students, faculty and staff.  Current students, faculty and staff can Hold/Recall items owned by CUA Libraries only.
• You will be contacted via your CUA email when the item is available for pick-up at Mullen Library.
