CD-ROMs and In-House
Databases
The university libraries provide several databases for
research in a variety of disciplines. Most databases may be accessed
off-campus through the ALADIN system (http://www.aladin.wrlc.org). For
help accessing ALADIN from outside the libraries, see our guide to Connecting to the ALADIN Databases
(http://libraries.cua.edu/instruct/aladconx.html).
Other databases must be used at computers connected to the CUA
on-campus network, or at CD-ROM workstations within the libraries.
This list only covers the databases available on CUA campus or
within the libraries, or produced by CUA libraries staff.
Each database title is followed by the method(s) for access,
in square brackets, and a brief description.
