Gift policy for the Nursing/Biology Library

Kindly avoid bringing donations to the library before doing the following...

• Email or snail-mail a typed list of titles to be donated.

  Washington, DC 20064

• The list of titles to be donated will include:
  o Publication date
  o Author
  o Condition of item - Only items in good condition may be accepted.
• If the title to be donated is a periodical, the list will include:
  o Publication dates
  o Volume numbers
  o Issue numbers
  o Condition of items
• The librarian will review the titles and notify the donor as to which titles will be considered.
• Upon physical inspection, the title may be added to the collection.
